A few happenings

Some fun developments as of late… after over a week without my computer due to a dead hard drive, I have a repaired machine with an upgraded operating system. The new operating system (OS X 10.4.11) allows me to work on the layout of the book. Previously, my operating system (OS X 10.3.9) could not load the Blurb software.
As of last night I’ve redesigned the cover and begun an index listing. The index listing is a little tricky, because ideally I want common names and scientific names, but some subjects are close to other species, so it’s a bit of research.

I’m also working out a hike to Old Rag this weekend with friends so hopefully I can have more to report from that.
