Footprints are a topic that seem to interest a lot of people. I often document tracks while I’m out shooting and will mention them in my posts. In order to consolidate these records, I’ve created this page. Additionally, I’ll add tracks here that I’m not sure about, so if you consider yourself a pro, chime in with the comments section below.

Bobcat (Lynx rufus)

Canada Goose (Branta canadensis)

Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes)

Virginia Rail (Rallus limicola)

Unidentified/Unconfirmed:

Discovered in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, in an area with unverified Mountain Lion sightings. Toe pads each about the size of nickels.
